The Aidea warriors
Dedicating themselves to their professional work, while also training and doing everything they can outside of work in a very short amount of time to prepare for a successful team building event with their teammates, this is the portrait of the elite Aidea warriors for the team building event celebrating Aidea’s 12th birthday this year.
With the “very Aidea” way of doing things, with a spirit of giving it their all in any situation; flexible, coordinating intelligently; striving and trying hard in every challenge, … I am really proud of all of you, my teammates who have helped Aidea understand the power of teamwork, understand the difficulties that each department is facing, and understand the importance of good coordination in work. After each team building event, we feel more understanding and loving towards each other, and it is also an opportunity for us to realize that there are things that seem impossible to do, but in the end, you not only did it, but you did it very well.
The emotions are still intact after a day of returning to the pace of work. I wish Aidea always be full of positive energy, happy, and dynamic to “survive” with the pressures that are always present in work, to reap the sweet results like our team building event!
